Exclusive Photos: Diary of a stupid boyfriend book reading, UNN

Friday 28th November, 2014.

7pm. Malimar. University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

This newly opened eatery was the venue for the UNN book reading of the growing non-fiction book, Diary of a stupid Boyfriend, written by a student of the university, Bura-Bari Nwilo.

The event was anchored by Xploit, an OAP, that had earlier in the day interviewed the budding writer on his morning show, Cruiseasy.

The turnout was not as massive as expected but like Xploit noted, there's a spark that is always felt in the air when youth gather for events like this.

One must admit the sincerity of Xploits words as upcoming writers, artistes, poets and essayists thrilled the literary audience. Even the blogger gave account of herself in poetry. The event was rounded up with Nwilo tantalizing the audience with some chapters of the book.

Diary of a stupid, though released recently, has made some major headlines in national and dailies, literary websites and blogs. It will be the February 2015 book of month for Abuja book club.
