Kenya's outrageous sexist law.

Kenya Parliament on Tuesday evening passed a law which strips women of the right to equally share family property in case of divorce. Instead, the proposed Law makes divorcing spouses share matrimonial property
according to each person's
contribution during the period of
marriage. If the Presidents sign the Bill into Law then divorced spouses will only be entitled to a share of property which is in their joint names. The passed Bill is seen by some as a blow to stay-home mothers who contribute
to the family in non-financial ways.
